Wayne Goudreau – Partner
Wayne is proud to be the Co-Owner of one of the most Innovative, locally owned commercial flooring businesses in the Central Valley! Over the past 24 years, he has been an installer, installation supervisor, corporation shareholder, and business manager. Wayne has great respect for the team of individuals surrounding him in this unique business endeavor. He is proud to have served as Chair of the Ambassador Committee for the Fresno Chamber of Commerce in 2020-2021.
Vickie Goudreau – Partner
Vickie has the fun job of growing ICF’s roots deep into the Central Valley through developing relationships with other businesses. Active with the Fresno and Visalia Chambers, Fresno State’s EMP program and many other groups, she loves serving the Central Valley community. Married to Wayne for 44 years, 4 daughters and 8 Grandchildren make her life full. Vickie spends her spare time gardening, traveling-including scuba diving, and savoring a glass of wine with friends. Throw in live music and she rates it a 10!
John LeBlanc – Business Development
John is a father of 3 , an avid “DIY”er, and has a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a focus in Fine Arts and Natural Science. He enjoys serving the Central Valley through his work at ICF and making the Valley an even better place one floor at a time. John is a member of Fresno’s Leading Young Professionals FLYP and a graduate of the Downtown Academy Class V.
